How to stream Paul McCartney documentary 'Man on the Run'
USA TODAY
'Paul McCartney: Man on the Run' is a new feature-length documentary about the former Beatle's life after the band's breakup.
If "The Beatles: Get Back" put you in the room with Fab Four, the new documentary "Man on the Run" gets you into Paul McCartney's life as a solo performer and with Wings.
The new documentary, directed by Morgan Neville (“20 Feet From Stardom,” “Keith Richards: Under the Influence”), arrives on Amazon Prime Video after a special one-night Feb. 19 theatrical screening.
The feature-length documentary includes home videos of McCartney, wife Linda and their children on the family farm in Scotland, footage of early Wings rehearsals and archival photos taken by Linda McCartney – and footage of the other Beatles.
The film also includes new interviews with McCartney, who is 83, and daughters Stella and Mary. Also interviewed are Sean Ono Lennon, Mick Jagger, Chrissie Hynde and former members of Wings.
