History Hons degree holder applies for Morgue attendant job

Swarnali Samanta, who is a History Hons degree holder, has applied for the position of an attendant at a Morgue.

The requirement for applying for the post of a laboratory attendant or 'Dome' at the morgue of Nil Ratan Sarkar Medical College requires a Class 8 pass out. A 30-year-old, Swarnali Samanta, is a bachelor of History honours. She is one of the thousand applicants. Swarnali Samanta, a first-class in History honours, saw the NRS Medical College post which spoke of the requirement for lab attendants. The total number of requirements was 6. Speaking to India Today, she says that the fear of losing her job has led her to apply for a government job at the medical college.
