Kerala High Court grants bail to 10 Popular Front of India activists accused in RSS leader murder case.
A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court on Wednesday (April 2, 2025) granted bail to 10 activists of the outlawed Popular Front of India who are accused in a case relating to the murder of RSS leader Srinivasan in Palakkad district in 2022.
The Bench comprising Justice Raja Vijayaraghavan and Justice P.V. Balakrishnan passed the order while allowing the bail petitions filed by the accused. Those who got bail are Shefeek, Jafar B., Nassar, Jamsheer H., Abdul Basith, Muhammed Shefeek K., Ashraf K., Jishad B., Ashraf Moulavi and Sirajudheen.
The NIA special court had earlier dismissed their bail pleas. As many as 17 other accused PFI activists were granted bail last year by the High Court.
