Heropanti 2 box office collection Day 13: Tiger Shroff's film fails to impress

Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Heropanti 2 is not doing great business at the box office. In two weeks, the film earned Rs 26 crore.

Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria's Heropanti 2 has tanked at the box office. While it was off for a decent start, looks like the film may not even collect Rs 30 crore lifetime. In 2 weeks of release the film only managed to earn Rs 26 crore. It was released alongside Ajay Devgn's Runway 34.

While Tiger Shroff's action thriller opened to mixed reviews, looks like it failed to impress fans. According to reports, the film has earned Rs 26 crore in almost 2 weeks after release. Films like Yash's KGF Chapter 2 and Benedict Cumberbatch's Dr Strange 2 created a major competition for both Heropanti 2 and Runway 34.

Heropanti 2 is directed by Ahmed Khan, written by Rajat Arora and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film serves as a sequel to the 2014 film Heropanti. It stars Tiger Shroff, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tara Sutaria. The film released in the theatres on April 29. The film's music has been composed by AR Rahman, while lyrics were written by Mehboob.The storyline of Heropanti 2 follows a vigilante who is sent on a mission by the government to kill the enemy troops. However, things go wrong when he's mistaken for the leader of the troops.
