According to a report in The Times of India, the accused man has been identified as Ejaz Sheikh, who seems to have a learning disability and is in his 20s. He was arrested from his home following the complaint. On Thursday night, the locals reported an injured dog lying near the Ward 8 office. The dog was found with severe injuries on its head and other body parts and was rushed to the hospital. The dog’s teeth were also found broken.More Related News
