Goodbye and good luck Congress, says ex-Punjab chief Sunil Jakhar as he quits party

Former Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar quit the party on Facebook Live and bid adieu thus: “Goodbye and Good luck”.

After being pulled up by the Congress disciplinary committee, former Punjab unit chief Sunil Jakhar quit the party in a theatrical fashion on Saturday. He streamed live on Facebook and bid adieu to the party thus: “Goodbye and Goodluck Congress”.

Mincing no words, the disgruntled Punjab leader alleged that the three-day Chintan Shivir or brainstorming session of the party currently underway in Udaipur in Rajasthan was a “farce”.
