Two women have been fined in Ghaziabad for performing a bike stunt after their video, posted on social media, went viral.
Ghaziabad police have fined two women for performing stunts on their bikes. The police issued a collective fine of Rs 28,000 after taking the suo moto cognizance of the traffic violation after a video they posted on Instagram went viral. In the video, social media influencer Shivangi Dabas can be seen sitting on the shoulders of wrestler Sneha Raghuvanshi as she drives the bike on a Ghaziabad road. They had reportedly shot the video on Saturday.
As per the Bill, those involved in unlawful conversions on the pretext of marriage will be punished with imprisonment of seven years and shall also be liable for a fine of Rs 1 lakh. Violations in respect of a minor, a person of unsound mind, a woman or a person belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe will be punished with imprisonment of seven years and a fine of Rs 5 lakh.
