Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, November 15, reached out to the tribal communities in Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas Mahasammelan in Bhopal. He highlighted the central and state governments’ welfare schemes while alleging that the previous govermnments had completely ignored tribal communities of the country.
“The previous governments would win on the voters of tribal communities and then completely forget them. They would make the communities wait decades for welfare schemes. But our government believes that they are the biggest drivers of strengthening the cultural heritage of the country,” Modi said.
