Secret of Akshay Kumar's energy
Speaking with Rajdeep Sardesai, Akshay explained that the secret behind his packed schedule is simple time management and discipline.
When asked about the secret behind his energy and how he still manages to complete multiple films every year, Kumar said the answer lies in planning and preparation.
He said, "Look, many people say that I do four films a year. I do it because I have a lot of time. There are 365 days in a year. As I was telling you earlier, I take most of my vacations as well. And when I start a film, I begin by reading the script – at least about 100 times. Maybe even more than that."
The actor explained that he prepares extensively before a film begins. "That is why the flow of the film goes very fast. Most of my films finish in about 50 or 55 days. That is how I manage to do it. In roughly 200 days, I’m able to complete four films. I also take Sundays off, and I always take a week’s vacation after about three months," he said.
