Multiple accounts impersonating NCB's Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede have cropped up on Twitter. Many people believe these accounts to be of Wankhede and are extending their support to him.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has ordered a vigilance probe against its Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede after a witness in the cruise drugs case accused him of asking for a bribe to release Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan.

In the backdrop of these events, multiple accounts in Wankhede’s name have cropped up on Twitter such as “@SmeerWankhede”, “@sameerwankhedee” and “@Wankhed_Sameer”.
