A mother filed a complaint against her daughter after the latter approached the Bombay High Court claiming that she is facing the ire of her mother due to matrimonial discord between her parents. Quashing the proceedings against the daughter, the Bombay High Court concluded that the allegations levelled by the mother against her daughter in a Domestic Violence (DV) case were "inherently improbable". The daughter had claimed she is facing the ire of her mother due to matrimonial discord between her parents. This is having a detrimental effect on her career and also her prospects of studying abroad, she said. The case was pending before the Andheri magistrate court.More Related News
