The Congress MLA has even said that the change could come in as early as 10 to 15 months.
Speaking exclusively to India Today TV, Michael Lobo said that nothing was impossible in Goan politics and that depending on the ground situation, there could be a sudden change.

When asked how he would engineer the numbers when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was sitting comfortably with the support of 25 MLAs, Michael Lobo said that the next year would be crucial and his party will soon build up momentum.
"As of today, we are fifteen MLAs in the Opposition. There are three independents and two seats are won by the MGP [Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party]. So anything can happen," Michael Lobo said.
"People too will have to leave aside their differences of ideology and see that 67.33 per cent of people don't want the present government. Hence, they should raise voices to form the next government," Michael Lobo said.
Michael Lobo emphasised that he had now taken the responsibility to revive the Congress in Goa.
