Enforcement Directorate to file PMLA case in Rs 21,000 crore worth drug seizure at Mundra port

The Enforcement Directorate has sought details from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in connection with the seizure of 3,000 kg of heroin at a port in Gujrat.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought details from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) in connection with the seizure of 3,000 kg of heroin at a port in Gujrat, sources said.

India Today TV has learnt that the financial probe agency, after going through the details, would lodge a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The seized drug, reportedly worth Rs 21,000 crore, was sent from Afghanistan.
