
ED files chargesheet against Pinki Irani who introduced conman Sukesh to Jacqueline Fernandez

The ED has charged Pinki for introducing Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez by giving false information about conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
The Enforcement Directorate on Monday filed a chargesheet against Pinki Irani, an alleged associate of Sukesh Chandrasekhar who was tasked by the conman to introduce him to actor Jacqueline Fernandez. This is a second chargesheet by the financial probe agency in connection with the case.
Pinki Irani has been charged under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, officials said.

Pinky Irani was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on December 9, 2021 for her alleged role in the Rs 200 crore extortion case. Sources said, Pinki not only helped Sukesh in laundering money but also facilitated meetings of certain people, including celebrities, inside Delhi jail when the conman was lodged inside.
The ED has charged Pinki for introducing Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez by giving false information about conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Pinki allegedly also introduced Sukesh to other Bollywood celebrities and passed expensive gifts to them on his behalf.

She was earlier confronted with actor Jacqueline Fernandez, who is still under probe by the ED for receiving gifts worth Rs 10 crore from Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

India's original Dhurandhar, Ravindra Kaushik, rose from acting at college theatres, to infiltrating the Pakistan Army as a RAW Agent. He provided critical intelligence on Pakistani troop movements and the country's nuclear programme, but died a lonely death after his betrayal and subsequent capture by the ISI.

According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
