Dhanush and Mari Selvaraj reunite for new project after Karnan success

Director Mari Selvaraj's Karnan starring Dhanush is having a dream run at the box office despite the novel coronavirus pandemic. After Karnan's success, Dhanush, on April 23, took to Twitter to announce that he will be teaming up with Mari once again for an untitled film. He added that the pre-production work of this film is currently underway. Dhanush's second film with Mari will commence in 2022. Elated to announce that after the blockbuster success of Karnan, Mari Selvaraj and myself are joining hands once again. Pre production going on,Shoot will commence next year. Dhanush was so impressed with director Mari Selvaraj's work in Karnan. He has decided to do another film with him after Karnan's massive success at the box office. The film's shooting will commence in 2022. Soon, details about the untitled film will be finalised.
