The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 55, revealed in a new interview with Allure that she underwent the procedure eight months ago. At first, she said, she was worried what people would think if it went wrong.
"I wanted to put things back up, where they were before," she told the outlet. "I was terrified."
While Richards got a breast augmentation in her late teens, and then later had a revision surgery, this was her first major cosmetic operation for her face.
"Being in the public eye since my 20s, people know what I look like − a facelift is not something that I could hide," she continued. "It is night and day," she added of the facelift. "It's shocking, actually."
