Dem Who Won Trump's Mar-A-Lago District Cuts President Down To Size On MS NOW

Emily Gregory made her Trump-humbling remarks after Jen Psaki celebrated the "unbelievably delicious rebuke" of Trump.
Democrat Emily Gregory suggested Tuesday that President Donald Trump is just another constituent after she flipped a Florida state House seat in his district.
“He’s one of 115,000 registered voters in District 87,” Gregory told Jen Psaki on MS NOW. “My opponent made, you know, him forefront in his campaign, and I focused more on the voters in District 87. What everybody needs. What all of us will do better with. With lower property insurance, with expanded health care and with strong public schools.”
Gregory’s victory over Trump-endorsed Jon Maples in a special election is being celebrated by people in blue circles.
Perhaps none more so than Psaki, the former White House press secretary under President Joe Biden.
Psaki pointed out the “extra hilarious” irony that Trump voted by mail, which he often rails about amid endless unproven claims of ballot fraud. She also joked earlier with colleague Chris Hayes that Trump will have a new leader to talk to about, say, potholes at Mar-a-Lago ― which he has visited at least 24 times in his second term.
