The Delhi government has relaxed the weekend curfew to allow devotees to visit gurudwaras on Sunday on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti.
In the wake of Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti or Prakash Parv, the Delhi government has relaxed the weekend curfew to allow devotees to visit gurudwaras on Sunday. Devotees will be allowed to visit gurudwaras on Prakash Parv while following the Covid-19 protocols.
The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) granted special permission and stated that devotees are allowed to visit the gurudwaras in the national capital on the occasion of Prakash Parv on Sunday, January 9, 2022. DDMA said people must adhere to appropriate Covid norms such as thermal screening, social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, use of sanitisers, staggered timings and other protocols.
