A 16-year-old girl was raped on multiple occasions in Delhi by a boy she had no contact or any details of. On July 30, Delhi Police received a PCR call reporting the incident, however, there was no information on the identity or whereabouts of the accused. The minor victim alleged that the boy named Akash had sexually assaulted her many times and also impregnated her. However, she does not have a contact number, home address or details of his family.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
