Delhi Police searching for rape accused Rohit Joshi, says Rajasthan women development minister

The Delhi Police is searching for rape-accused Rajasthan minister's son Rohit Joshi, Rajasthan women's development minister told India Today TV.
Rohit Joshi, son of Rajasthan cabinet minister, Dr. Mahesh Joshi, failed to appear before the Sadar Bazar police station after being summoned by the Delhi Police. Now, the police are on the look out for him.
Rajasthan's women and child development minister, Mamta Bhupesh told India Today that the Delhi Police have been searching for Rohit.
Bhupesh said, "The police are searching for him. Mahesh ji has not hidden him. Whenever he (Rohit) is found, he will be questioned and, whatever the truth is, will come out."
When asked if cabinet minister Dr. Mahesh Joshi should resign from his post. She said, "This case is about his son. An investigation is going on in the matter. Whatever is the decision of the investigation, on the basis of that, further action will be taken."
The 23-year-old woman, who leveled a rape allegation against Rajasthan minister Mahesh Joshi's son, had claimed that her family's and her lives are under threat from the father-son duo.
The woman, who had worked as an anchor on a news channel, had filed a Zero FIR in Delhi against Rohit Joshi.
The FIR has been filed under various sections of the IPC including 376, 312, 328, 366, 377, 506, 509.
