Armed miscreants killed a 55-yr-old woman by slitting her throat in front of her daughter after entering the house in Ambedkar Nagar.
In Delhi, a heart-wrenching incident took place where armed miscreants killed a 55-yr-old woman by slitting her throat in front of her daughter after entering the house in Ambedkar Nagar.
According to the police, on February 19, the cops received a call that a woman had been murdered by miscreants.
When the police reached the spot, they saw Sudha Rani lying on a bed covered in blood on the first floor of the house.
Seeing the condition, the police assumed that the woman could not resist.
Daughter Devyani, in a statement given to the police, said, that at around 9:30 pm, two people entered the house, and they had guns with them. Both of their faces were covered, and they robbed her mother's jewelry and cash. After the robbery, both the accused slit her mother’s throat and left the house.
As per the police, there are a lot of contradictions in the statement of the daughter.
The deceased body of Sudha has been sent for post-mortem. Further investigation is still going on.
