A 37-year-old head constable of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was allegedly shot by a constable over a tiff in southeast Delhi, police said on Monday.
A 37-year-old head constable of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was allegedly shot by a constable over a tiff in southeast Delhi, police said on Monday.
The head constable has been identified as Vakil Singh and the constable as Aman Kumar (28).
