Congress youth wing to perform 'havan' for Kangana Ranaut's wisdom

The NSUI is set to hold a “Sadbuddhi Yajna” for Kangana Ranaut on Saturday after the actor triggered controversy by describing India's Independence in 1947 as 'bheek' or alms.

The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of Congress, will hold a "Sadbuddhi Yajna" on Saturday at its headquarters in Delhi for Kangana Ranaut’s wisdom after the actor sparked controversy with her recent remark describing India's Independence in 1947 as 'bheek' or alms.

Kangana Ranaut also claimed that India attained freedom only after 2014, when the Narendra Modi-led government came to power.
