Forest Minister had attempted to shield a top party aide from prosecution in an alleged sexual assault case, the complaint said
The State police are likely to dismiss the complaint that Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and Forest Minister A. K. Saseendran had attempted to shield a top party aide from prosecution in an alleged sexual assault case. The government pleader has reportedly told the police that Mr. Saseendran's “advice” to the father of the alleged victim to “settle the case in the proper way” did not tantamount to coercion.More Related News
