Shiv Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar has said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s meeting with top BJP leaders in Delhi was not connected to the Enforcement Directorate action on Sanjay Raut.
Maharashtra MLA and a member of the rebel Shiv Sena, Deepak Kesarkar, has said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s meeting with top BJP leaders in Delhi was not connected to Enforcement Directorate (ED) action on Sanjay Raut.
“CM’s meeting in Delhi with top BJP leaders yesterday was about cabinet expansion and had nothing to do with Sanjay Raut,” Kesarkar said.
Kesarkar’s statement came soon after MP Sanjay Raut, who belongs to the Uddhav faction of Shiv Sena, was detained by the ED in connection with the Patra chawl scam case.
