Chief Minister launches Pilloo AI, a voice-based billing agent that simplifies accounting for small businesses in Andhra Pradesh.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday launched Pilloo AI, a next-generation voice-based billing and accounting agent designed to empower small and medium business owners, at the Secretariat. The launch marks a significant step toward bringing advanced AI solutions to everyday business operations.
According to an official release, Pilloo AI enables owners to create invoices, record transactions, generate reports, and manage accounts simply by speaking in their native languages—no accounting expertise or complex software needed. The app saves time and reduces manual effort.
Mr. Naidu called Pilloo AI a strong example of technology simplifying business. Such tools, he said, will help small businesses and entrepreneurs manage finances efficiently, improve transparency, and support Andhra Pradesh’s vision of digital growth and ease of doing business.
Founder G. Sai Praneeth said the app removes the fear and complexity of billing and accounting for small businesses. Through AI-driven conversations, entrepreneurs can manage operations confidently and grow faster.
Co-founder Ram Mohan Locharla noted that millions of small business owners still rely on manual record-keeping because existing systems are expensive and complicated. Pilloo AI addresses this by enabling finance management via simple voice interactions—no screens, paperwork, or intermediaries required.
Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand, MLA Prathipati Pulla Rao, and others were present.

Apparently sending a message of optimism, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, who is eyeing the chief ministerial post, on Monday made a loaded statement on the floor of the Legislative Assembly, saying “Politics is the art of the possible, and I believe that one man with courage makes a majority”.
