Calcutta High Court has ordered the guardians of defaulting students to pay 50% of the school fees within three weeks. Meanwhile, their board exam certificates are on hold.
The Calcutta High Court on Friday directed parents of school students to pay 50% of the unpaid fees, as many had earlier cited difficulties in payment of fees due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. Parents are to pay the amount within three weeks. The court also said that school authorities could take action against those who did not pay fees within the stipulated time given by the court.More Related News
