Bombay HC rejects Raj Kundra's bail in porn film racket case

Raj Kundra's anticipatory bail has been rejected by the Bombay High Court.

The Bombay High Court, on Thursday, rejected businessman Raj Kundra's anticipatory bail plea application in the 2020 cyber cell porn film racket case.

Kundra was earlier arrested in July in another case that was being investigated by the Mumbai Crime Branch. He got bail in that case in September.
