The Bombay High Court has issued notice to the Maharashtra government in a case related to former state home minister Anil Deshmukh.
The Bombay High Court has issued notice to the Maharashtra government on a plea by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a case related to former state home minister Anil Deshmukh. The CBI moved the Bombay High Court claiming that its officers probing the case were “threatened” by a police officer. In its plea, the CBI sought direction to the Maharashtra government for providing documents required by the agency for further investigation in the case.More Related News
