BJP nyay yatra at Karauli: Gehlot govt tried to detain us illegally, says MP Tejasvi Surya

The BJP 'nyay yatra', led by MP Tejasvi Surya, being taken out in Rajasthan’s Karauli, has been stopped from entering the district. BJP MP Tejasvi Surya alleged that the Ghelot government was trying to detain them illegally.
The Rajasthan government has blocked the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) ‘nyay yatra’ headed towards Karauli. BJP MP Tejasvi Surya, who is leading the yatra has said, “Ghelot sarkar [government] tried to detain us illegally.
The BJP has also been prevented from meeting with the victim’s families. Tejasvi Surya, who was leading the protest, was stopped 40 km away from Karauli. “We are 40 km away from Karauli. There is no section 144 here,” said Surya.
The Rajasthan government has issued prohibitory orders and imposed Section 144 in Karauli.
