BJP Kerala chief K Surendran has been booked for allegedly bribing and threatening a candidate to withdraw his nomination in the April 6 state assembly elections.
Kerala's Kasargod Police has registered a case against BJP Kerala chief K Surendran for allegedly influencing K Sundara, the namesake candidate against Surendran, to withdraw his nomination as a candidate from the Manjeswaram Assembly constituency in the recently-held state assembly elections The complaint was filed by CPI(M) candidate VV Rameshan who contested against K Surendran from Manjeswaram constituency in Kasargod. The FIR was registered after obtaining permission from a magistrate court.More Related News
