Bihar: 12-year-old girl set on fire by neighbour for uprooting plant

A 12-year-old girl was set on fire by her neighbour in Bihar's Begusarai. The accused, Sikander Yadav, had allegedly set the girl on fire after she accidently uprooted a plant near his home.
