Bigg Boss 9's Yuvika Chaudhary arrested for using casteist slur in video, granted interim bail

Yuvika Chaudhary was arrested on Monday in a case pertaining to alleged use of casteist slur in a video. She was later released on bail following an order from the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Bigg Boss 9 contestant Yuvika Chaudhary was arrested on Monday in connection with allegedly using a casteist slur in a video. The actress, who was booked under the SC/ST Act, was later granted interim bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Yuvika Chaudhary landed in trouble five months back when she used a casteist slur in a vlog, which did not go down well with the social media users. The actress had issued an apology after the incident. But she was booked by the Haryana Police in May on a complaint by a Dalit rights activist.
