Deepali teaches in schools located in remote areas as part of her fellowship. In the video, she explains that during a casual interaction, she once mentioned to her students that she enjoys eating fruits. What followed was something she didn’t anticipate. From the very next day, the children began bringing her fruits, one at a time, and passing them through the window of the staff room.

The video strings together these moments, showing tiny hands reaching through the window, offering fruits with a sincerity that feels almost rare in a fast, performative online world. There’s no prompting, no reward, and no camera awareness from the children, just a habit they seem to have happily adopted.
