Instead of Mamata, Bengal Chief Secretary will attend the meet instead. As per sources, the Bengal CM skipped the meeting as she is currently busy with poll campaigning in various districts of the state. The primary agenda of the virtual meeting between PM Modi and CMs will be the recent surge in Covid-19 cases in different parts of the country.
