Assam: Day after quitting AIUDF, MLA Phanidhar Talukdar joins ruling BJP

Phanidhar Talukdar joined the BJP in the presence of Assam BJP president Bhabesh Kalita, a few ministers, and party MPs and MLAs in Guwahati on Wednesday.

A day after he quit as a primary member of the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF), Phanidhar Talukdar joined the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday. Phanidhar Talukdar joined the BJP in the presence of Assam BJP president Bhabesh Kalita, a few ministers, and party MPs and MLAs in Guwahati on Wednesday.
