Aryan Khan involved in conspiracy, amount of drugs recovered immaterial: NCB

The NCB has said that Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was involved in a conspiracy and therefore should not be granted bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said on Wednesday that Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was involved in a conspiracy and therefore should not be granted bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case.

In the remand reply to Aryan Khan's bail plea, the NCB said the role of one accused cannot be dissected from another and even if there is no recovery of a small substance, the accused are involved in conspiracy.
