Alia Bhatt looked gorgeous as she once again slipped into a white saree for Gangubai Kathiawadi promotions.

Gorgeous is the word for Alia Bhatt who once again left us speechless with her appearance in an ethereal white saree for Gangubai Kathiawadi promotions. For the uninitiated, the actress has been romancing white sarees ever since she started promoting the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial. Her white saree saga hails from the film in which Alia plays the titular role and personifies the glorious chand. You can read more about it here.

For her recent shoot, Alia Bhatt embraced the timeless chikankari weave. She looked uber-graceful in a white organza saree adorned with hints of pastel-hued floral embroideries. Her chikankari blouse, done in a yummy palette of pastel shades, is an instant head-turner and added to the beauteous charm of her look.

Alia Bhatt’s saree is from the designer Anjul Bhandari’s eponymous label. “The organza saree is adorned with chikankari Bhakia Phool Boota and features a Bhakia Jaal Pallu,” she said while describing the exquisite creation worn by Alia.

Alia Bhatt styled her saree with minimal elegance. She rocked natural-looking makeup, and wore a ring and a pair of earrings for accessories. She tied her hair in a bun and adorned it with pink roses. So pretty! Oh, and her go-to dainty bindi completed the look.
