Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif’s Jee Le Zaraa to stream on Amazon Prime post theatrical release

Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif’s much-anticipated film, Jee Le Zaraa, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video after its theatrical run. The film is helmed by Farhan Akhtar.

Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif will come together for a road-trip film based on female friendship titled Jee Le Zaraa. Directed by actor Farhan Akhtar, the film is written by him, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. After its theatrical run, Jee Le Zaraa will stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Jee Le Zaraa is a mega project starring Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra.After Dil Chahta Hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, this next road-trip movie will have the girls taking out the car. About time, right? Amazon Prime Video announced that Jee Le Zaraa will release on the platform after its theatrical run. The film is expected to release in 2023.

Announcing the project with Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar wrote on social media, "Did someone say road trip? Thrilled to announce my next film as director and what better day than 20 years of Dil Chahta Hai to do it. #JeeLeZaraa with @priyankachopra #KatrinaKaif @aliaa08 will commence filming in 2022 and I cannot wait to get this show on the road (sic)."

Will Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (ZNMD) boys - Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol.be a part of Jee Le Zaraa? A source close to the project told IndiaToday.in, “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is a cultural classic, a film that went on to create a genre for itself. The lead actors - Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol - are friends and still very much in touch. There is a possibility that there will be some sort of a cameo or a crossover between ZNMD and Jee Le Zaraa. It will be interesting to see how their characters developed and where they are in life after their road trip adventures. Farhan is deliberating the idea of merging the characters from ZNMD into JLZ for a surprise cameo.”
