The 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is all set to commence on May 16. Deepika Padukone, who is also one of the eight jury members of the prestigious film festival, will grace the red carpet for all ten days. For all those wondering, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has unveiled the film lineup. R Madhavan’s Rocketry- The Nambi Effect will have a world premiere at Cannes. Apart from this, an industry insider reveals that Akshay Kumar will be travelling to Cannes on May 18.
Cannes Film Festival is all set to commence from May 16 and the film lineup is out now. While Deepika Padukone is one of the jury members. Akshay Kumar might also grace the event. On the film front, R Madhavan’s Rocketry- The Nambi Effect will see a world premiere at the festival. Films of Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Mishing, and Hindi languages will take the center stage. While Rocketry will be premiered at Palais K, other movies will be screened at the Olympia theatre.
