Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has purchased new flat in Mumbai. The cost of his lavish apartment is a whopping Rs 7.84 crore.

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has become a proud owner of a lavish flat in Mumbai. The actor has bought a swanky new apartment in the city. The cost of his new house is Rs 7.84 crore. Along with the lavish apartment, Akshay will have access to four car parks as well. His new flat has become the latest addition to the property he owns in Mumbai. The actor apparently lives in a sea-facing duplex with wife Twinkle Khanna and kids - Aarav and Nitara.

According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Akshay Kumar has bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for Rs 7.84 crore. "The total registered area is 200.58 sq meters (2155 sq ft), this includes, RERA carpet area of 1878 sq ft, plus a dry area of 29 sq ft and a duct area of 55 sq ft," said Varun Singh, Founder, SquareFeatIndia.

The actor's flat is located on the 19th floor of the building. He has reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 39.24 crore. And the ready reckoner of the apartment stood at Rs 7.22 crore.

Akshay is currently the busiest actor in Bollywood. The actor, who was last seen in Atrangi Re with Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush, has Prithviraj coming up with Manushi Chhillar. Known as the Khiladi Kumar of the industry, the actor also has Bachchan Pandey with Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez lined up. That's not all.

Akshay will also be seen alongside Bhumi Pednekar in Raksha Bandhan. The list of his upcoming movies also includes Ram Setu with Jacqueline and Nushrratt Bharuccha, Ranjit Tewari's Mission Cindrella, Oh My God 2 with Paresh Rawal, Gorkha and Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi.
