An Agra man allegedly shot his neighbour’s dog dead while he was in an inebriated condition. The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera.
A man allegedly shot his neighbour’s dog dead here, police said on Saturday, adding the crime was recorded by a CCTV camera. A case has been registered under Sections 336 (neglecting safety and endangering life of others) and 429 (Mischief by killing or maiming cattle) of Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act against the accused, Gaurav Bhargav, at Sadar Police Station, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Muniraj G said.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
