The case pertains to conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who has been accused of duping the wife of the former promoter of Ranbaxy, Malvinder Mohan Singh. When he was lodged at Delhi's Rohini jail as an undertrial, Sukesh Chandrashekhar allegedly extorted Rs 200 crore from Malvinder Mohan Singh's wife over a period of one year. Along with his wife Leena Paul, he is currently in custody.
