On the special occasion, Aamir Khan recorded a video message recalling the challenges in the film’s making and also thanked fans for all their love. Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, Lagaan became the first film produced by Aamir Khan under his banner, Aamir Khan Productions. In the video shared on the official Instagram handle of Aamir Khan Productions, the actor can be seen talking about Lagaan’s journey. Aamir recorded the video after he wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. He is seen dressed as an army officer in the video.
