Seven undertrial prisoners fled from a jail in Arunachal Pradesh's East Siang district after throwing chilli and pepper powder in the eyes of jail guards on Sunday evening.
Seven undertrial prisoners escaped from Pasighat jail in East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh after throwing chilli, pepper powder and salt in the eyes of jail guards, officials said on Monday.
