A house collapsed in Ahmedabad's Ghee Kanta area, prompting urgent rescue operations by fire brigade and police. Efforts are ongoing to find and save those trapped under the debris.
A house collapsed in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad on Thursday, triggering an emergency response, with the fire brigade fearing that several people may be trapped under the debris.
The incident took place in the Ghee Kanta area. Following the collapse, teams from the police and fire brigade reached the spot and began rescue operations.
A fire brigade official said, “Our teams are carrying out rescue work at the site. There is a possibility that around four people are trapped under the debris.”
Officials are continuing efforts to clear the rubble and rescue those feared trapped.
