
24-year-old woman ‘s body found hanging in guest house in Vrindavan

A 24-year-old woman was found hanging by the ceiling fan of her room in a guest house in Vrindavan two days after her arrival. The woman had not left her room even once.
Police discovered the body of a woman in a guest house in Vrindavan. She was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her room.
The deceased had checked in into the Brahm Niwas Ashram two days ago and stayed inside her room throughout. The guest house manager further stated that she did not leave her room even once. Her room had also not been cleaned since her arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Jyoti Sharma, a 24-year-old resident of Madhya Pradesh.
The incident came to light when on Thursday, the cleaning staff of the guest house knocked on the door but got no response. When he pushed the door a little and sensed a foul smell coming from the room, he checked the window to find the woman hanging using a dupatta, said inspector in-charge, Ajay Kaushal.
Once the police were notified, they reached the spot immediately and broke open the door to recover the woman’s body. Kaushal added that the entire process was also videographed.
Police have sent her body for a post-mortem and have notified her family using the phone recovered in her belongings. Further investigation is underway.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
