Sajeev Krishna, a 22-year-old man, was found dead in his apartment in Kochi. Police suspect that he was murdered. The victim’s roommate, Arshad, is reportedly missing and police have launched a search operation to trace him.
The dead body of a 22-year-old man, identified as Sajeev Krishna was found in a flat in Kerala’s Kochi. The body was found wrapped in a bedsheet and shoved inside a garbage chute on the balcony of their apartment.
The body was found inside his home on the 16th floor of Oxoniya flat in Kochi’s Edachira region. Police inspected the scene and suspect it to be a case of murder.
Sajeev's roommate, Arshad, is reportedly missing. Police have intensified the search for the accused at his home and the houses of his relatives.
Sajeev used to stay in the flat with four others. The incident was discovered after his flatmates returned home from a trip. They contacted the caretaker of the flat since Sajeev was not responding to their calls.
The body, which was tightly wrapped in a bedsheet and blanket, was shoved into a garbage chute on the balcony of their apartment. There were deep cuts on his head and body.
The deceased, 22-year-old Sajeev Krishna, was a native of Wandur in Kerala’s Malappuram district. He was found dead in his apartment in Kochi.
