At CES 2022, Chevrolet unveiled the Silverado EV - an all-electric pickup truck based on the GMC Hummer EV.
Chevrolet has unveiled the 2024 Silverado EV pick-up truck that has come late to the party, but boasts of solid performance numbers like the 650km range and 644bhp power output. The company has already started bookings for the 2024 Silverado EV, with deliveries starting next year in 2023. It has been showcased at the CES 2022, Las Vegas, Nevada.
GMC has used the Hummer EV’s underpinnings and strangely shares no parts with the conventional Silverado. Visually the EV specific cosmetic tweaks include a new front bumper and grille design with smaller air intakes and a full-width LED strip. The car also has a dual-tone paint with a black appearance for the pillars and the roof, ample black cladding is also present around the body.

Meta has hired the team behind the agentic AI startup Dreamer. The startup was founded by former Google executives Hugo Barra, David Singleton, and Nicholas Jitkoff, who will now work on Meta's agentic AI plans. This announcement comes after Mark Zuckerberg acquired the AI social media platform Moltbook to bolster agentic AI development.
