Two people died and two others sustained injuries after a truck hit a two-wheeler and ran over a footpath near Kashmere Gate area in Delhi Wednesday morning. A truck hit a scooty and ran over footpath in Shastri Park near Kashmere Gate. Two, including one person riding on the scooty, died in the accident. The truck driver was arrested from the spot.
